- Conduct regular observations & provide trainers feedback
- Coordinate and conduct timely Assessment / Reviews of the training programs
- Coordinate and conduct regular student workshops to enhance the quality of learning
- Provide parents with appropriate and prompt responses to queries
- Co-ordinate with internal & external stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate training & placement programs
- Liaise as a link between placement team and the training staff
- Prepare regular MIS reports to internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate team spirit at all times and positively motivate trainers, students and parents.
- Attend to all new admissions curriculum related queries
- Monitor trainer and student Log reports on a regular basis
- Assist in planning the student arrivals and dispersals
- Plan and coordinate multiple training programs
- Undertake other duties as directed by the divisional head
