**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Security Printing (Education Marksheet & Certificate Business Development)
**Location**: Bengaluru, Karnataka

**About the Company**:
We are a leading provider of **security printing solutions** for educational institutions, specializing in **secure marksheets, degree certificates, and other academic documents**. Our solutions help colleges and universities prevent forgery and ensure document authenticity through cutting-edge printing technology and secure verification methods.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Identify, visit, and engage with **colleges and universities across Karnataka** to promote secure printing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **key decision-makers** such as college administrators and controllers of examinations.
- Conduct **cold calls** and schedule meetings to generate new business opportunities.
- Deliver compelling **sales presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops** to showcase our solutions.
- **Negotiate and close deals** to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of **leads, follow-ups, and client interactions** for efficient account management.
- Track and manage **stock availability**, ensuring timely restocking and delivery.
- Stay up to date with **industry trends**, competitor offerings, and security regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Sales, Marketing, IT**, or a related discipline.
- **1-3 years of B2B sales experience**, preferably in the **education, printing, or IT/security solutions** industry.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation** skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with **frequent travel** across Karnataka.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
