**Job Brief:

We are seeking a Female Customer Relationship Executive for our fast-paced and highly talented concierge team.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting the concierge by addressing queries related to Qutab Golf Course.
- Engaging with golfers at Qutab Golf Course to resolve any issues they may encounter.
- Managing Qutab Golf Course membership and overseeing Tee sheet schedules.
- Handling walk-in bookings and managing day-to-day reservations at Qutab Golf Course.
- Demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills throughout all interactions.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree or related field.

**Timings**: 9:30 AM to 6PM.

**Work Location**: Qutab Golf Course.
**Working Days**: 5 days ( Tuesdays and Wednesdays will be fixed days off.)

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 Year in customer service or tele sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for superb hospitality and customer service
- Good computer skills.
- Should have knowledge of how the concierge is set up
- Extraordinary organizational and multitasking skills
- Can-do attitude
- Desire to learn

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
