
Guest Relation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Organize and coordinate guest events and activities.
- Stay updated on hotel services, promotions, and local attractions.
- Ensure the front desk and guest areas are clean and well-organized.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
