**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Look after end-to-end returns and exchange process
- Arrange reverse logistics as per requirement
- Manage COD order verification
- Coordinate with courier partners and customers for RTO and Lost shipments.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who can grow with us and make Zouk one of the biggest global
- 1-2 year of work experience in customer service operations.
- A person who can manage multiple processes with ease
- Data-driven mindset with reporting skills
- Strong cross-functional collaborator
- Strong proficiency with tools (Excel, Google Apps, Clickpost, Bitespeed)
- Education: Bcom/BBA

Job Details:

- Work timings: Mon to Saturday
- Office Location: Chembur, Mumbai
- Reporting: Customer Experience Lead

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
