Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshooting assistance.
- Maintain polite, professional, and friendly communication with customers.
- Monitor social media for brand mentions and customer feedback, addressing concerns promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with managing customer queries on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Prior experience in customer support or social media handling is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
