Responsibilities

Accounts and Administration
- Account Executive with good Experience in Accounting, Taxation and GST
- Signing of all Statutory Returns like: Income Tax, TDS, EPF, ESI, and GST
- Expertise in financial software - Tally and MS Excel
- In charge of Finance, & Payroll Departments of the Company
- Responsible for maintaining general ledger and schedules
- Accounts payable and consultant accruals
- Accounts receivable processing, monitoring, and tracking
- Creating and completing financial reporting systems (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Getting approval from MD for all Payments and Receipts before entering the system
- Coordination of all the activities and giving guidance to all the staff in the day to day Finance
- Must be ready to manage and overlook everyday activites of office - maintenance of all systems, project and financial files
- Finalization of Annual Accounts and getting the approval of the Board
- Day to day correspondence with bank

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or finance
5-7 years related work experience
Architecture/Engineering/Construction Industry expeience preferred
Tech-savvy and ability to learn and adopt new tools quickly
Position requires occasional travel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
