Key Responsibilities**:Accounts Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions using accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Process and reconcile invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses.
- Track and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- **Payroll Processing**:

- Process employee payroll on a regular schedule, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Deduct appropriate taxes, benefits, and other withholdings in compliance with relevant laws.
- Maintain records of employee attendance, leave, and other payroll-related information.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions match with company records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company accounts.
- **Tax Compliance**:

- Ensure the business complies with tax regulations by calculating and preparing necessary tax returns (e.g., GST, VAT, income tax, etc.).
- Assist in tax audits and ensure timely submission of tax payments.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts for the organization.
- Monitor and track budget adherence and report any variances to management.
- Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.
- **Expense Management**:

- Monitor office and operational expenses and ensure they are within the budget.
- Review and approve employee reimbursements and office purchases.

**Administration Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring they are replenished as needed.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- **Document Management**:

- Manage filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of important company documents.
- Organize and maintain corporate records, contracts, licenses, and other essential documents.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and business travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, workshops, and seminars.
- **Communication and Liaison**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, clients, and service providers regarding administrative issues.
- Support management with communication to staff, ensuring timely distribution of internal memos, announcements, and notices.
- **Human Resources Support**:

- Assist with employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and tracking employee benefits and leave.
- Coordinate training programs and other professional development activities for staff.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure that company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external audits.
- Support the management team in ensuring compliance with labor laws, health, and safety regulations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
