Salary:

- 20,000 To 25,000 Per Month + Food And Accommodation + Service charge

Education:

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years with kitchen supervisor
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to kitchen staff, including chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to recipes and specifications.
- Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies, ingredients, and equipment.
- Enforce health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop menu items and specials.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback regarding food quality and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new kitchen staff members.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to work well in a team.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
