- 3years of experience in kitchen management or supervision or similar role.
- Minimum experience:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant or food service establishment.

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Proficiency in kitchen equipment operation

**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to recipes and food safety standards.
- Train and mentor kitchen personnel on proper cooking techniques, portion control, and sanitation practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Inspect food preparation and cooking areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus, specials, and promotions that meet customer preferences and budgetary requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to kitchen staff to foster growth and development.
- Maintain accurate records of kitchen operations, including inventory, food costs, and equipment maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve kitchen operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Proficiency in kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
