You will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen staff, managing food preparation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. **Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities, ensuring food quality and presentation meet company standards.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and update menus, considering seasonal availability and customer preferences.
- Ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery, meeting customer expectations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to kitchen operations.
- Implement and maintain kitchen procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
