Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Dishwashing**:

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Load and unload dishwashing machines, ensuring all items are cleaned thoroughly.
- Hand-wash items as necessary, particularly large pots and pans.
- **Kitchen Cleaning**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage areas.
- Clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, floors, and kitchen equipment.
- Empty and clean trash containers regularly.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Monitor and maintain dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment.
- Report any malfunctions or maintenance issues to the kitchen manager or supervisor promptly.
- Follow proper operating procedures for dishwashing and kitchen equipment.
- **Sanitation and Safety**:

- Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper handling and storage of chemicals and cleaning supplies.
- Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a sanitary work environment.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- **Support Kitchen Staff**:

- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Help with organizing and storing deliveries and supplies.
- Support other kitchen duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or chef.
- **Inventory and Supplies**:

- Monitor levels of dishwashing detergents, cleaning supplies, and other necessary items.
- Inform the kitchen manager or supervisor when supplies need to be reordered.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹21,341.39 per month
