Rental & Sales Manager J ob Overview:
We are looking for a Rental & Sales Manager to perform Leasing/Renting and sales activities for Rental & Sales office of our Association.

As a Rental & Sales Manager, your duties and responsibilities include:
1. Assisting landlords in finding appropriate Buyers & tenants for their residential properties.

2. Working smoothly with the owners ,tenants & Buyers for compiling lists, updating properties on register.

Organizing day to day meetings with prospective clients.

3. Presenting the prospective client’s apartments in a convincing way.

4. Coordinating with the maintenance staff to ensure the property is in good condition.

5. Promoting all the available properties in our society.

6. Creating agreements carrying the leasing/Rental terms.

7. Helping the tenants fill their legal leasing forms and documents.

8. Staying updated with knowledge of the market status.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Property Management or High school Diploma or equivalent field.

2. Proven 3+ years of working experience as a Leasing/rental Consultant, Leasing Agent or Sales in Real Estate.

3. Strong working knowledge of property management and other sales techniques.

4. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

5. Exceptional leadership and teamwork abilities.

6. Ability to motivate the team to achieve sales goals.

7. Computer literate with an excellent understanding of MS Office.

8. Strong problem-solving skills to tackle critical situations.

9. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,533.00 - ₹18,342.00 per month
