Job Overview:
A Transport Executive at Hotwheels Car Rental is responsible for overseeing daily transportation operations, ensuring smooth fleet management, and maintaining high service quality. The role involves coordinating drivers, managing schedules, handling client requirements, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
âœFleet Coordination: Manage vehicle scheduling, driver assignments, and ensure timely dispatch of vehicles.
âœDriver Management: Monitor driver performance, maintain attendance records, and address any concerns.
âœClient Handling: Coordinate with corporate clients, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
âœRoute Planning & Optimization: Plan efficient routes to minimize delays and fuel costs.
âœCompliance & Documentation: Maintain transport permits, insurance, and regulatory compliance records.
âœVehicle Maintenance Oversight: Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and cleanliness of vehicles.
âœEmergency Handling: Respond to breakdowns, accidents, and urgent client requests effectively.
âœReporting & Analysis: Track fleet utilization, fuel consumption, and prepare reports for management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
🔹 Experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet management (preferred).
🔹 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
🔹 Good communication skills to coordinate with drivers and clients.
🔹 Knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and transport laws.
🔹 Proficiency in using transport management software (preferred but not mandatory).
🔹 Ability to handle emergencies and problem-solving mindset.
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field (preferred).
✔ Minimum 1-3 years of experience in transport or fleet operations.
✔ Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fuel management.
