**Job Title**: Office Administrator (Female)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**: Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment, including managing supplies, overseeing equipment maintenance, and ensuring cleanliness.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for management and staff; arrange travel accommodations as needed.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records, manage files, and assist with data entry for company reports.
- **Support to Teams**: Assist various departments with administrative tasks, coordinate between teams for smooth workflow, and support special projects as required.
- **Visitor Management**: Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and provide assistance as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or high school diploma with relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
