**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to departments and leadership teams.
- Handle scheduling, coordination, and communication of meetings and appointments.
- Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory.
- Maintain databases and ensure accurate records are kept.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other business-related documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members in fluent English.
- Support in organizing events, travel arrangements, and any logístical needs.
- Handle general office duties such as answering phones, handling mail, and responding to inquiries.
- Manage both physical and electronic mail, ensuring all correspondence is appropriately distributed or replied to in a timely manner.
- Implement office procedures and improve efficiency where needed.
- Assist in special projects and other administrative tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Proficient in MS Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with **data management software**, CRM systems, or cloud-based platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Microsoft Teams) is a plus.
- Strong typing skills and the ability to perform data entry tasks quickly and accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,428.16 - ₹32,693.26 per month
