The organization is entirely impact-driven and aims to provide all students from government and affordable private schools with Computing and Problem-solving skills, which are essential for them to succeed in the 21st-century workplace. Using low-cost, open-source technology and a contextual research-based curriculum coupled with innovative pedagogy, Pi Jam Foundation aims to provide quality computer science education to students across the country.

**About the role**

As Partnership Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of Partnership initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals. You will work closely with the Partnerships Manager and cross-functional teams to manage existing partnerships, identify new partnership opportunities, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration, and collaboration with external partners.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
As a Partnership Associate, you will be tasked with supporting all present and future Pi Jam Foundation educational initiatives and programs. Your portfolio will include:

- Assist in the development and implementation of partnership strategies and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals
- Support the Partnerships Manager in managing existing partnerships, including tracking partner performance, coordinating joint funding efforts, and resolving issues
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication with external partners
- Prepare grants, proposals, presentations, reports, and other materials to support partnership initiatives
- Participate in meetings with partners and internal stakeholders to provide updates on partnership initiatives and ensure alignment on goals and objectives
- Support the development and implementation of partner training programs to improve partner performance and drive mutual success

**Required Qualifications**:
Each of the core responsibilities outlined above needs specific skills to fulfill. While many of these will be developed and honed through the role, some of the following are skills and mindsets we would like you to bring with you to the role and organization:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field would be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform partnership strategies and initiatives
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Have an in-depth understanding of the time and effort demands of start-up

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
