**Job Description - Associate / Sr. Associate - Programs**

**About Society for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SINE)**
SINE is a pioneering incubator at IIT Bombay that supports innovators and entrepreneurs through incubation, prototyping grants, seed funding, and accelerator programs. It collaborates with academia, corporates, government bodies, investors, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and entrepreneurship. SINE also conducts outreach programs, cross-border collaborations, and ecosystem-building initiatives.

**Role Overview**:
The Associate/Sr. Associate - Programs will be responsible for the end-to-end management of corporate innovation and accelerator programs, ensuring smooth execution from outreach to implementation. The role requires strategic thinking, strong relationship management, content creation, and event coordination to enhance SINE’s startup ecosystem.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Program Management**: Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of innovation and accelerator programs.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with corporates, startups, mentors, investors, government bodies, and other ecosystem players.
- **Corporate Partnerships & CSR Engagement**: Assist in securing CSR funding and collaboration opportunities from Corporates
- **Startup Support**: Identify needs of startups in various programs and facilitate mentorship, interventions, and networking opportunities.
- **Outreach & Communication**: Develop and implement outreach strategies, ensuring visibility across digital and offline platforms.
- **Content Creation**: Write and manage content for program pages, social media, newsletters, blogs, press releases, and reports.
- **Event Management**: Organize and execute workshops, demo days, networking events, and other engagements.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**: Track program progress, assess impact, and share insights with stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or Management.
- 2-3 years of experience in startups, accelerators, incubators, or corporate innovation programs.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and business models.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills and content creation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to develop partnerships and engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Active presence on digital platforms and familiarity with social media strategies.
- Adaptability and ability to work in small, dynamic teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹72,000.00 per month
