As a Client Success Associate at WeddingsDeGoa, you will play a dynamic role in building long-term relationships with our existing clients. Connecting via digital medium in adding value to them via profile updates. Driving revenue growth through renewals, sales, and new service offerings will be a part of the process. Additionally, you will manage chat functionality on our website to engage with web visitors, answering their queries and guiding them effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _**Client Engagement**:_
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client needs, inquiries, and feedback.
- _**Website Chat Management**:_
- Manage and operate the channel to engage with visitors and answer their queries in real-time.
- Provide accurate information, resolve questions, and guide online visitors toward relevant services or solutions.
- Ensure a seamless and friendly interaction experience for all website visitors.
- _**Client Satisfaction**:_
- Understand client goals and ensure our services align with their expectations.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively, enhancing their experience.
- _**Revenue Growth**:_
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
- Drive client renewals by consistently delivering value and showcasing our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new packages and referrals.
- _**Data Management**:_
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and preferences.
- Analyze client and visitor data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
- _**Value Addition**:_
- Share insights, tips, and updates with clients to keep them engaged and informed.
- Recommend personalized solutions to meet individual client needs.

Pay: ₹195,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
