**Overview**:
We are actively seeking an Operations Associate to join our team, playing a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations across various SPARK+ products. This full-time position, based in our Goa office with occasional virtual work, requires a dynamic individual capable of overseeing operations related to booking and reservation system, conducting onsite and virtual meetings, managing social media, and maintaining accurate accounts. The primary focus of this role is on the Event Ticketing platform of SPARK+.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations for various SPARK+ products, with a primary emphasis on the Event Ticketing platform.
- Effectively communicate with users and customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Coordinate and conduct both onsite and virtual meetings efficiently.
- Handle operations related to booking and reservation systems, including payment records, accounts and feedbacks
- Oversee account management tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Manage social media platforms and contact creation to enhance the online presence of SPARK+ products.
- Coordinate between platform users and tech team

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field(Preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with users and customers, as well as conducting meetings.
- Familiarity with booking and reservation systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in social media management.
- Ability to work both onsite in Goa and occasionally in a virtual setting.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and contribute to the success of the team.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
