
Customer Service Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Inbound and outbound phone calls to address client inquiries, provide information, and assist with resolving issues.
- Regularly follow up with clients to address their queries, provide guidance, and support them.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills in **English **(written and verbal)and **Hindi **(verbal), both, to effectively interact with clients.
- Proficiency in any other additional language is considered a plus.
- Strong **listening skills **to understand clients' requirements and address their concerns appropriately.
- Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Excel **or **Google Sheets **is a must.
- Good organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication with clients.
**Experience**:
- Fresher to 1 Year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
