- Assist clients in navigating our online platforms, answering questions about properties, services, and processes.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, working to resolve issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and feedback, providing insights to improve service and support.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain service quality standards.
- Stay informed about the latest property listings and market trends to provide accurate and relevant information.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, contributing to a supportive team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in using online communication tools, chat systems, and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
