Mechanical Production Engineer will be preferred Experience Range Total 05 years Relevant 02 years Salary Range INR Industry Specialization if any Expertise in successfully acting as an interface between customer sales operations and cross functional team Delivering service with a smile Purchase order review order entry and invoicing in ERP Sending sales order acknowledge to customers and proforma invoice for payment Maintain all projects tracker and review time to time basis Order backlog review with production and Procurement team and get schedule date and communicate to sales and customers For New customer registration collect and verify customer documents and upload all documents on Dover portal Review register customer documents on time-to-time basis Coordinating with quality production finance for order processing TPI customer complaint non-commercial service Submitting tracking the post-sale documents invoice packing list COC TPI if any as per the PO requirement for payment process Renew and maintain all distributors agreements and coordinate with sales team Coordinate with sales team for bill of material and maintain project tracker Top KRA s Order booking and invoicing Material Planning for project Order Management Monthly plans follow up supporting the team to achieve the same Span of Control Critical To Quality CTQ Parameters for Candidate Assessment Must Have SKILLS CTQ 1 Excellent Communication Skills Impeccable Verbal Written English Language Skills Articulate Ability to create compelling presentations and deliver them Strong analytical and quantitative skills - Expertise with Excel Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Proficiency with ERP system CTQ 2 Proven experience in Project Management and Customer Service High level of commercial awareness especially knowledge of GST and other statutory requirements like e waybill etc CTQ 3 o Maintain all projects tracker and review time to time basis Communicate with sales and production regarding order schedule date and material availability Critical To Performance CTP Must Have Dover Leadership COMPETENCIES CTP 1 -
