Hiring for one of our client for the position of **Melting Shift Incharge (Induction Furnance)** in Foundry Industries/DI/CI

**Job Type**: Full-time **(12hours Duty)**

**Location**: Rishra

Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor induction furnace operations and maintain melt parameters as per metallurgical specifications
- Supervise green sand or no-bake moulding process and ensure timely pouring with correct metal temperature
- Conduct basic metallurgical tests and coordinate with QC team to ensure chemical and mechanical property compliance
- Manage shopfloor workers and ensure shift-wise productivity
- Maintain safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards on shopfloor

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or ITI in Metallurgy/Mechanical/Foundry Technology
- 5-6 years of experience in DI/CI/Steel Foundries
- Basic knowledge of melting practices, casting defects, and sand systems
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in foundry operations
