**One of our reputed SGI Foundry clients is hiring for: Melting Supervisor / Shift Incharge**

**Location**: Rishra, West Bengal
**Qualification**: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
**Industry**: SGI / CI / Steel Foundry (Direct foundry experience preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise induction furnace operations & raw material charging
- Maintain melt parameters as per metallurgical specs
- Coordinate mould pouring and liquid metal distribution
- Track sand quality, casting defects & support rejection analysis
- Handle shop floor manpower, safety & 5S compliance
- Document daily production, process sheets, and heat records

**Preferred Profile**:

- **Min. 4-5 years experience** in DI/CI foundries (Melting)
- Strong knowledge of **furnace operation, sand systems**, casting basics
- Capable of managing shift independently and coordinating with moulding & maintenance teams
