**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of operators and technicians during the assigned shift.
- Coordinate and oversee melting operations using Furnace technology, specifically for Railway Casting.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor production metrics such as throughput, yield, energy consumption, and scrap rates.
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Production Planning) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Prepare shift reports, maintain records of production data, and provide updates to management.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma/B.Sc in a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Railway Casting and Furnace operations within a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- foundry: 3 years (preferred)
- railway casting: 2 years (required)
- Furnace Operations: 1 year (required)
- Melter: 1 year (required)
