AOD Melter
Job Responsibilities:
- To manage material on shop floor.
To take a charging at proper time.
To supervise and make melt for A.O.D at best power and timing with good yield to scrap.
To tap melt as per requirement from A.O.D.
Prepare report and present to senior authorize.
Studies for process improvement and safety.
Should have good knowledge in making various types of grade like 200 Series,300 Series,400 Series,Special
alloy steels, L grades and LER grades of stainless steel grades through electrical furnace and A.O.D.
Should have good knowledge in scrap charge preparation and A.O.D.
Experience in quality control metal fabrication non ferrous metal industries and

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- AOD MELTER STEEL: 1 year (preferred)
