Hands on experience of service & maintenance of pumps, gear box, chiller unit, air

compressor, hydraulic machine etc

Expert in glass item service & repair job

Hands on glass lined reactors & accessories service & maintenance

Knowledge of shift report and documentation

Knowledge about PDVF & HDPE pipe line welding

**Profile - Mechanic Technician**

**Qualification - ITI Mechanic**

**Experience - Experience - 1 to 10 Years of exp. in Steel/Iron/Foundary/Metal Industry**
- Inspects and repairs vehicles with diesel engines
- Handles routine repairs, including oil and tire changes
- Interprets diagnostic test results accurately
- Writes detailed inspection reports and repair plans
- Hires, trains, and manages a team of trainees
- Collaborates with other diesel mechanics
- Presents reports and plans to clients for approval
- Advises clients on repair options and costs
- Completes test drives to make sure the vehicle runs correctly
- Uses power, machine, and hand tools safely
- Follows all motor vehicle repair shop regulations and standards

**Qualification - Diploma/ITI**

**Experience - Experience - 1 to 10 Years of exp. in Steel/Iron/Foundary/Metal Industry**
- Shift Incharge Has to keep constant vigilant, attentive in the process as he has to charge the various materials in the vessel in time else performance will deteriorate.
- Co-ordination and communication with the CCM incharge at every stage of process for problems /failures and take decision accordingly.
- Ensure good equipment health by following standard operating practices. Communicate the major break downs to the maintenance agencies.
- To Check the Liquid metal First Sample and represent to AOD Incharge for Further Addition.
- Coordinate with Maintenance team for any Breakdown.
- Coordinate with Planning team for further production target.
- To do route cause analysis and increase the production.
- To Monitor the Furnace Lining Condition and Laddle Condition and accordingly report to Incharge.
- Regular check /Analysis of Furnace condition in Each heat Cycle and report to Incharge.
- Monitor AOD Erosion.
