**About the Role**

The Role of Global Business Devlopment Executive is to generate qualified leads and convert the leads in to meetings. Must ensure smooth delivery of project delivery to ensure utmost client satisfaction & Monitor and speed up sales revenue generation & timely collection.

**Sales Responsibilities**

**Work Location: Bangalore ( Hybrid Mode)**
- Must Have Experience in working B2B/Corporate Sales or Marketing Agency in Sales Role
- Coordinate and motivate the existing freelance sales agents of AADME to generate leads
- Speak to each sales agents & follow up on targets
- Give them tips & ideas to generate leads and nurture them
- Continuos focus on recruiting new freelance sales agents
- Maintain Seamless coordination with project managment team to update lead status in the sales cycle to update in the CRM software
- Conduct Discovery Call with the clients and coordinate with the partner delivery team
- Marketing research for upcoming opportunities about the scope of the business growth & potential prospects
- Join groups on social media to distribute marketing, educational videos
- Connect with decison makers on whatsapp, call, messages on groups and social media to build rapport, nurture
- Must be having the knowledge to work in a sales target oriented environment
- Follow up with Clients on all channels to generate revenue
- Participate in Proposal Making Process
- Make Weekly Reporting & present it to the Management Team about lead status, project progress status, revenue collection status and pipeline

**Customer Relationship**
- Must have be weekly participating in the Client project review meeting
- Must be proactive to understand client grievance and immediately escalate it to the service team and get it resolved with in TAT
- Must handle the end-to-end sales cycle, and coordinate delivery process with PMO (Project Management Office)
- Must Use CRM Software to track client tickets, and project status
- **Salary**:_**10-20 % Hike on Current Salary + Sales Incentives**_

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Business development: 3 years (required)
- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi & English (preferred)
