ABNAH has also collaborated with celebrated chef Rahul Akerkar and launched a premium casual dining restaurant called - Ode.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Sous Chef at Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef and the Head Chef in daily food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a high standard of food quality. You will also be involved in menu planning, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different cuisines, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Passion for food and a creative approach to culinary creations
- Team player attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen staff
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
