**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching Physics**:

- Teach Physics as per the curriculum prescribed by the school or educational board (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, IB).
- Explain complex topics like Mechanics, Electricity, Magnetism, Optics, Thermodynamics, and Modern Physics in an engaging and understandable way.
- Use practical demonstrations, experiments, and visual aids to enhance student understanding of theoretical concepts.
- **Lesson Planning and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Develop detailed lesson plans for the academic year, ensuring all topics are covered and aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Ensure that lessons are structured to foster student engagement and critical thinking.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit different learning styles and levels of proficiency.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create and maintain a positive, productive classroom environment that encourages learning.
- Establish and enforce classroom rules and expectations to ensure discipline and a respectful learning atmosphere.
- Encourage active participation through discussions, questioning, and problem-solving activities.
- **Assessments and Evaluation**:

- Design and administer tests, quizzes, assignments, and practical exams to assess students' understanding of Physics.
- Grade assignments and exams fairly, providing constructive feedback to help students improve.
- Monitor student progress and provide remedial support to those who need additional help.
- Prepare students for board exams (e.g., CBSE or state board exams) and competitive exams (e.g., JEE, NEET) through focused coaching and revision.
- **Student Support and Counseling**:

- Offer one-on-one guidance and support to students, especially those struggling with difficult concepts.
- Organize extra sessions or workshops to help students prepare for exams or projects.
- Counsel students on study techniques, time management, and exam preparation strategies.
- **Practical and Lab Work**:

- Supervise laboratory sessions and ensure that students understand the practical aspects of Physics.
- Ensure the safe use of laboratory equipment and materials during practicals.
- Encourage students to conduct experiments, observe results, and draw conclusions in line with theoretical learning.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress, performance, and areas for improvement.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings to discuss student development and classroom activities.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Physics, educational technology, and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in school meetings, collaborate with fellow teachers, and contribute to the overall improvement of the institution.
- **Extra-Curricular Involvement**:

- Organize or participate in science-related events, exhibitions, and science clubs.
- Mentor students for science fairs, quizzes, and inter-school competitions.
- **Maintaining Records**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
