**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Teach English Literature and Language to senior secondary classes as per the CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials to ensure effective learning.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Motivate and encourage students to participate in classroom discussions and literary activities.
- Foster critical thinking and analytical skills through debates, essay writing, and project work.
- Provide guidance for academic improvement, including grammar, pronunciation, and creative writing.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess student progress.
- Provide detailed feedback and support to help students achieve their potential.
- Prepare students for board exams, including mock tests and practice papers.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and ensure a conducive learning environment in the classroom.
- Address students’ individual needs and offer additional support when required.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and share feedback with guardians.
- Contribute to school activities such as debates, literary fests, and cultural programs.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with changes in the curriculum and advancements in teaching methodologies.
- Attend training programs, workshops, and seminars as required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
