Job Position: Inside sales representative
Work Location: Bangalore (Corporate Office)
Experience: 2 to 3 yrs (Max)
Age (Range): 28 to 32
Salary Budget: 25K to 30K per month CTC
Gender Specification: Male or Female
Educational Qualification: Graduate
Language Proficiency: Tamil for TamilNadu, Kannada for Karnataka, Telugu for Andhra
Pradesh
Skill Set:
- Experience in product sales.
- Proficiency in consultative selling techniques.
- CRM & pipeline management skills.
- Strong customer relationship-building abilities.

Roles and responsibilities of Inside Sales Executive
The role of an Inside Sales Executive typically focuses on generating revenue by developing and
maintaining relationships with customers through remote communication channels such as phone
1. Lead Generation and Qualification
- Identify potential customers through various methods (e.g., inbound/outbound calls, online
research, etc.).
- Qualify leads to determine the prospect’s interest, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and track them using CRM tools.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell
opportunities.
