Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated **Inside Sales Executive** with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering to support our sales team. The role involves handling inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with clients, and providing technical support to convert leads into orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with the production and field sales teams for timely order execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules.
- Support sales engineers in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of mechanical/industrial products.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to customers.
- Customer-oriented with problem-solving ability.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in **inside sales / customer support / technical sales** (preferably in manufacturing or automation industry).
Pay: ₹12,764.41 - ₹23,000.00 per month
