- Partner with the team internal TA team for determining the requirements for each open position
- Organizing and conducting online interviews.
- Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.

**Qualifications**:

- Looking for 2-3 years of experience in sourcing in software technology recruitment
- You possess a strong understanding of technology and the regional tech industry and hiring trends
- You have a good working knowledge of recruitment applicant tracking systems
- Excellent internal and external relationship building skills are required
- This is HYBRID model role.
