The Marketing and Circulation department is responsible for managing and growing The Economist subscribers globally.

The role is to support our Customer Operations team, with key administrative tasks during a period of platform dual running.

**Accountabilities**:
**How you will contribute**:

- Assist in managing data Privacy requests
- Assist in the management of the Customer Operations inbox
- Assist the team in the QA of offer set-up
- Assist with the distribution of reports
- Liaise with our subscriptions fulfilment bureau to ensure orders are processed correctly, promotions are loaded on time and customer order queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Support the global customer operation team as required when members are absent
- Assist in the fulfilment management of all elements of the subscription offering.

- Experience of planning, analysis and reporting.
- Experience of working with commerce platforms
- Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts and ideas to non-technical people.
- An understanding of campaign management set up would be beneficial
- Awareness of marketing principles and activities
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is desirable
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Excel an advantage
- Attention to detail essential
- Positive, flexible, enthusiastic, organized and resourceful attitude
- Problem solving mind-set and analytical thinking required
- Ability to work on own and within a large team
- Excellent communication
