**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about the various services and facilities offered by the company
- Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
- Schedule appointments, manage tele enquiries & walk-ins, and maintain an organized client booking system.
- Ensure client satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and providing personalized assistance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on both computer systems and physical files.
- Handle client payments, process invoices, and maintain financial records accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless coordination between gym and salon operations.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment and facilities.
- Monitor inventory levels of centre supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Uphold the company's policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably in the fitness or beauty industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with client management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and maintenance operations.
- Flexibility to work in evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
- A self-motivated and energetic attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.
