**Role Overview**:
The Supervisor - Client Relations and Operations is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and overseeing the day-to-day operational execution. The role bridges client needs with operational delivery to drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and met.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to encourage retention and business expansion.
- Proactively resolve client issues, manage escalations, and ensure a positive client experience.
- **Operational Management**:

- Supervise day-to-day service delivery, ensuring operations meet agreed-upon SLAs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, customer service) to deliver seamless operations to clients.
- Monitor service performance, analyze gaps, and take corrective actions as needed.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and support a team of coordinators and operations executives.
- Assign workloads, set clear goals, and monitor team performance to ensure service excellence.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain client service records, operational data, and performance reports.
- Analyze service trends and prepare periodic reports for internal and client meetings.
- Provide feedback to management on client needs, opportunities for improvement, and operational challenges.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest process enhancements to improve client satisfaction and internal productivity.
- Implement initiatives to drive service innovation and excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or a similar field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or service industry operations preferred.
- Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and reporting systems.
