The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring accurate measurements, coordinating with clients and teams, and supervising the installation of aluminium profiles, sliders, and internal partitions. This role involves site visits, site supervision ensuring project deadlines are met while adhering to company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit sites to take precise measurements as per project requirements.
- Ensure the site is prepared for installation and meets safety standards.
- Coordinate site activities to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Work closely with the production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Supervise on-site workers and resolve any operational issues.
- Communicate with clients to clarify design and installation details.
- Inspect delivered materials to ensure they meet quality and design specifications.
- Monitor installation to ensure compliance with project designs and safety regulations.
- Conduct post-installation checks and address any defects or adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials used, and progress.
- Submit daily or weekly reports to project managers.
- Document any client feedback and ensure it is addressed promptly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interiors or any related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction or aluminium fabrication industry.
- Experience in measuring and installing glass and aluminium components is highly desirable.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in measurement tools and techniques.
- Basic understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to sites.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
