**Job Description - **Business Analytics**

**Role Purpose**

Responsible for collecting, processing, and analysing data to help organization make informed decisions. Implementing Analytics solutions for data modelling, monitoring and prediction.

**Responsibilities we entrust you with**
- Understand business needs and objectives
- Build and implement statistical models.
- Analyze data using statistical methods. Creates visualizations and reports for stakeholders
- Support in implementing analytics solution
- Extract data from multiple sources (e.g. operations, IT, customer feedback)
- Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights
- Cleans and pre-process data for accuracy
- Manages database and utilizes SQL for data handling
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams

**Relevant work experience**
- Proven experience in Analytics team (preferably BFSI)
- Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus
- Background in market research and project management
- Knowledge of Excel, R & SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, SAS)
- Superb communication skills
- Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving aptitude
