Job Description

Qualification: PhD

The primarily responsibility is for designing and providing high-quality teaching with appropriate pedagogy in the Business Analytics area in the discipline of Statistics, operation Research, Decision science and Big data analytics. The job entails.
- Being informed and disseminate strategy initiatives of both Indian and global organizations to students from a practitioner’s perspective.
- Planning, organizing, facilitating, and provision of feedback to promote and direct student learning.
- Assessment & evaluation - Preparing question papers, conducting internal & external evaluation and moderation
- Engaging students outside of class in support of the curriculum and committee activities and participation in the activities of the institute.
- Bringing industry stalwarts to the classroom to engage with students.
- Supervision of student master’s thesis.
- Engaging and making a significant contribution in quality research and publish research in the analytics area.
- Working with other members of the area, institute and university on research, consultancy, management development & faculty development programs.
- Contributing to committees within the institute & the university.
