**Position Title: Billing and Executive Assistant**
**Location**:Kandivali**
**Job Overview**:
The Billing and Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing billing cycles, processing invoices, and coordinating payments to ensure accurate financial reporting. This role also supports the executive team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and assisting in daily business activities. A strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach are key to succeeding in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Billing Duties**:
- Prepare and generate invoices for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Maintain billing records and update client information.
- Respond to client inquiries related to billing or payment concerns.
**Executive Support**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Act as a liaison between the executives and internal or external stakeholders.
**General Administrative Support**:
- Perform data entry and maintain updated databases.
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks as required.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in billing, invoicing, and financial administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing and administrative tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
