Role Overview: The Marketing Executive is responsible for driving lead generation, building partnerships, and enhancing Bella Designs' brand visibility. This role involves executing marketing campaigns, fostering relationships with builders and channel partners, and supporting overall business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute marketing activities to promote Bella Designs' offerings. Conduct builder site visits and identify collaboration opportunities. Schedule and manage channel partner meetings to expand the network. Generate quality leads and collaborate with the sales team to convert them into opportunities. Execute promotional campaigns and analyze their performance. Support market research and competitor analysis to identify trends. Represent Bella Designs as a premium brand in all client and partner interactions. Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the interior design or real estate industry. Strong networking and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
