**Shift Hours: 09:30 AM to 05:30 PMJob Purpose**
- CMDB and Asset Discovery (Cloud)
- Implement BMC Helix Discovery for asset discovery across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Maintain and automate Configuration Item (CI) updates, ensuring accurate CMDB data.
- Monitor multi-cloud environments to ensure comprehensive asset visibility.
- Service and journey Mapping
- Deep dive investigation of CMDB issues to fix the current gaps and identify the opportunities of automation, process improvements and faster services.
- Debug and remediate with quick turnarounds.
- Implement and Manage Customizations in CMDB
- Should be a self-starter with ability to operate independently with mínimal supervision

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Strong experience with **BMC Helix CMDB & Discovery**across cloud and on-premise environments
- Managing and Configuring Reconciliation rules for discovery data
- Expertise in troubleshooting and Resolving reconcile errors, deduplications
- Creating CMDB Dashboards
- Manage CMDB Request Catalogs to customize workflows.
- Experience with CMDB integration with other tools like SCCM, SolarWinds etc.
- **Bachelor's/Master’s degree** in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- **ITIL v4 Certification** (preferred).
- BMC Discovery 22.x: Fundamental Administering
- **BMC Certified Professional** in **Helix ITSM** and **Virtual Agent** (preferred).

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
