Our platform is transforming education by making complex concepts easier to understand and engaging through simulations in Math, Science, and more. We are currently looking for talented **Subject Matter Experts (SME)** in **Physics, Chemistry, and Biology** to join our dynamic team and contribute to the creation of high-quality educational content.

**Job Summary**:
As a **Subject Matter Expert (SME)**, you will play a critical role in developing and reviewing educational simulations for **Physics, Chemistry, or Biology**. You will collaborate closely with our content creators, designers, and developers to ensure that the simulations are scientifically accurate, pedagogically effective, and aligned with curriculum standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development**: Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise to develop accurate, interactive 3D simulations and virtual labs for Physics, Chemistry, or Biology.
- **Curriculum Alignment**: Ensure all simulations are aligned with national and international curriculum standards for K-12 and higher education.
- **Review & Quality Assurance**: Review and validate the scientific accuracy, clarity, and educational value of simulations before they are launched.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, developers, and instructional designers to provide insights and feedback for creating effective simulations.
- **Training & Support**: Provide training materials, guides, and FAQs to support educators in using the simulations effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in **Physics, Chemistry, or Biology** or related field.
- Proven experience as a **Subject Matter Expert (SME)**, educator, or content developer in K-12 or higher education.
- Strong understanding of national and international science curricula (e.g., CBSE, IB, IGCSE).
- Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for students and teachers.
- Experience in digital content creation, instructional design, or simulation development is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for education and a commitment to enhancing the learning experience.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of 3D simulations, virtual labs, or educational technology tools.
- Familiarity with tools like Blender, Unity, or other 3D software (an advantage but not required).
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers, designers, and educators.
