Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 + Incentives
About the Role:
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with potential and existing clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings when required
- Convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings and follow up consistently
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the event planning process
- Ensure client satisfaction from initial inquiry through to event completion
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Be available to assist on-site during events if necessary
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Presentable and confident personality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up proactively, and meet targets
- Based in or willing to work from Muttom
