Job Description for Sales Representative (Male) - 0-1 Year Experience

Location: Kochi

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Position: Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively generate sales leads and acquire new customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and developing sales opportunities.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
- Provide product knowledge and support to clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of experience in sales (freshers are welcome).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software knowledge is a plus).
- Willing to travel as required for meetings and site visits.

Desirable Skills:

- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
- Understanding of the local market and customer preferences in Kochi.
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
