You will play a crucial role in promoting our event management courses and assisting prospective students in their enrollment process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Provide information about our courses, answer inquiries, and guide prospective students through the enrollment process.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for attracting new students and achieving enrollment targets.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture relationships and encourage enrollment.
- **Record Keeping**: Update and manage customer interactions in our CRM system to track progress and follow-ups.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from prospects to help improve our offerings and sales approach.

**Qualifications**:

- No prior sales experience required; a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for education.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
