**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team
- Coordinate with clients to understand their barter needs and provide suitable solutions
- Execute and monitor deals, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels and track product availability
- Maintain the database of clients, products, and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any operational issues
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to the management
- Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and recommend solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
