Our Client has appointed us to identify and hire a **Sales Operations Executive**

**Salary range**: Up to 4.2 LPA (additionally, you get a 5% recurring incentive on total billing amount generated from every new client you bring in independently, and Diwali Bonus)

**Location**: Andheri East, Mumbai (on-site)

**Working days**: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week) 10:00 am to 07:30 pm**Meet Your Manager**: Your manager is a data-driven leader with experience across global logistics, startups, and AI-led platforms. **You will be responsible for these Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)**:

- Pickup Coordination: Manage and schedule pickups with courier partners to ensure timely dispatch.
- Delivery Oversight: Coordinate with internal teams to allocate manpower and ensure on-time deliveries nationwide
- Shipment Processing: Accurately book shipments using portals like Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, etc.
- Client Communication: Share service quotes, send company profiles, and follow up to convert leads.

**Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- **Pickup & Delivery Timeliness Rate** - Percentage of shipments dispatched and delivered on time.
- **Shipment Accuracy Rate** - Accuracy in booking and processing shipments through partner portals.
- **Lead Conversion Rate** - Percentage of client inquiries successfully converted into active shipments or accounts.

**Who We're Looking For**
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate
- 1-4 years of experience in logistics, operations, or customer service
- Prior experience in a courier or logistics aggregator firm is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- In-depth knowledge of courier/logistics operations (mandatory)
- Familiarity with logistics portals, Google Sheets, and Excel
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines efficiently

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
